1 - What personal data does Indicium collect

2 - How Indicium uses the information collected

The purpose of the information collected by Indicium is to establish a contractual relationship or to manage, administer, provide, expand and improve the Pages for Users, adapting them to their preferences and tastes, as well as creating new services and products to be offered to Users. However, even in the event of a request for deletion, the minimum storage period for Internet application user information determined by Brazilian law will be respected.

Indicium reserves the right to change this Policy as often as necessary in order to provide you with more security, convenience and to improve your experience. 7 - Legislation and jurisdiction

This Policy will be governed, interpreted and executed in accordance with the Laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially Law No. 13,709/2018, regardless of the Laws of other states or countries, and the jurisdiction of the User's domicile will be competent to settle any doubts arising from this document.
