What personal data Indicium collects

Indicium may collect information actively provided by the User during registration and automatically collected information when using the pages and the network, such as the identification of the commercial establishment used, IP with the date and time of connection, among others.
Thus, there are two types of personal data processed:

How Indicium uses the collected information

Additionally, the collected information may be used for advertising purposes, such as sending information about brands, products, promotions from Indicium, event announcements, or conducting purchase satisfaction surveys, with the user's consent. The User is aware that deleting essential information for account management with Indicium will result in the termination of their registration and the consequent cancellation of the services provided.
Indicium will make every effort to respond to such requests as quickly as possible. However, even in cases of deletion requests, the minimum storage period for Internet application user information, as determined by Brazilian law, will be respected.

Updates to this privacy policy

Indicium reserves the right to change this Policy whenever necessary, to provide you with greater security, convenience, and continually improve your experience. Governing law and jurisdiction

Indicium will make every effort to respond to such requests as quickly as possible. However, even in the event of a request for deletion, the minimum storage period for Internet application user information determined by Brazilian law will be respected.
